Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter GTC) govern the relationships, rights, and obligations between MG Limousine Service – Serbia as the service provider, its clients as users of the service, and the current legal regulations that define business practices.
All deliveries and services, including work and/or transportation services (hereinafter: services) provided by MG Limousine Service – Serbia are governed exclusively by these GTC. These terms also apply to all future deliveries and/or services.
These GTC do not apply when a specific agreement has been reached between MG Limousine Service – Serbia and the client, provided the agreement is formalized in a contract, official document, or defined in writing.
Any exception to these GTC will be legally valid only if approved in writing in advance by MG Limousine Service – Serbia and will apply only to that specific case.
Employees and drivers of MG Limousine Service – Serbia are not authorized to enter into agreements or make commitments of any kind on behalf of the company.
By using the services of MG Limousine Service – Serbia, the customer(s) and/or individual(s), whether natural or legal persons, being transported (hereinafter also referred to as the passenger) agree to comply with these GTC.
Any breach of these GTC will have legal effect only if the matter cannot be resolved amicably, that is, through direct agreement with the client. Such a resolution must be confirmed in writing by both MG Limousine Service – Serbia and the client.
Contract basis
The services contracted and performed are based on individual client requests. Requests may be made by phone, email, or other direct communication methods. MG Limousine Service – Serbia confirms each accepted request in writing, via SMS, email, or formal letter with delivery confirmation.
Any service not confirmed in this way is considered non-binding. MG Limousine Service – Serbia bears no criminal, moral, or commercial responsibility for unconfirmed services. If the client does not cancel the request, the confirmation is considered received.
MG Limousine Service – Serbia does not assume responsibility for verifying data, documents, or information provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the information on which the service is based is aligned with their needs and task specifications.
Refusal and limitation of transport
MG Limousine Service – Serbia reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time and for any reason if there is a risk to passengers, employees, or MG Limousine Service – Serbia's resources. In emergencies, changes in traffic conditions, or in cases of natural disasters, MG Limousine Service – Serbia reserves the right to significantly alter the time, route, vehicle, or any service element when it is in the best interest of passengers, employees, and the protection of company resources.
Individuals with chronic illnesses are obligated to report their condition, inform MG Limousine Service – Serbia staff of any health issues that could become acute during the trip, the therapies they may require in that case, and timely provide information on how employees can assist them on-site or pass on the information to the nearest medical institution.
Individuals whose behavior or condition seriously compromises any aspect of traffic safety, as well as those who pose a risk of harmful behavior or are within a security risk zone, may be denied transportation by MG Limousine Service – Serbia, even if the service was previously agreed upon. Individuals engaging in any form of criminal activity during the service will not be transported, and the clause of business confidentiality does not apply in the case of investigations. MG Limousine Service – Serbia disclaims all obligations toward clients involved in misdemeanor or criminal activity, or whose conduct may lead to such acts.
Children under 6 years old may not use MG Limousine Service – Serbia services without the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If children are traveling alone, MG Limousine Service – Serbia can provide an escort responsible for supervising the child. This service is charged additionally and is not part of the regular transport service. The escort may be a minor (14 years old) who must care for the child under 6. The service user must have proper documentation or provide evidence showing guardianship and the right to relocate the minor.
MG Limousine Service – Serbia employees, as part of the standard transport service, are not trained or required to provide childcare or supervision. The company is responsible for ensuring safe transport for children, but their behavior in line with staff instructions is the responsibility of the legal guardian or escort.
Passenger obligations
Use of MG Limousine Service – Serbia services requires appropriate and timely cooperation from the user. The user must take all necessary measures to help the company deliver a fast and safe service. It is especially important to:
- Provide all addresses, flight numbers, directions (departures or arrivals), and changes clearly, completely, and accurately.
- Understand that changes to the original agreement are only valid once confirmed in writing by MG Limousine Service – Serbia.
- Be precise and punctual and follow the agreed details (addresses, times).
- Use the vehicle with care and avoid any behavior that may compromise safety or service execution.
- Refrain from any actions that disturb the employee or compromise transport safety.
- Do not interfere with the driver while operating the vehicle.
- Do not smoke, drink alcohol, behave inappropriately, or in any way endanger lives or safety.
- Follow all instructions from MG Limousine Service – Serbia staff.
If MG Limousine Service – Serbia considers that a passenger's behavior puts the vehicle, people, or property at risk, interferes with staff duties, or disobeys crew instructions (including smoking, drinking, or drug use), or behaves in a way that disturbs the comfort or safety of others, the company may take necessary action to stop such behavior, including restricting movement. MG Limousine Service – Serbia may ask the passenger to leave the vehicle at any point and may take legal action for offenses committed while on board.
The passenger is required to obtain necessary travel documents and visas and comply with laws, regulations, requirements, and travel rules of the countries to, from, or through which they are traveling.
MG Limousine Service – Serbia is not liable for consequences the passenger suffers if they fail to obtain proper documents or visas or do not comply with the mentioned laws, regulations, requirements, conditions, rules, and instructions.
Luggage
The passenger has the right to free transport of a certain amount of luggage, according to the terms and limits provided by MG Limousine Service – Serbia
MG Limousine Service – Serbia reserves the right to refuse luggage transport if there is not enough space to store it properly and safely in the vehicle, if there is suspicion that the luggage contains items that could endanger traffic safety (flammable or explosive devices), illegal goods (narcotics, antiquities, materials prohibited by law), luggage exceeding the vehicle's weight limit, or items that cannot be properly and safely stored due to their nature or size.
Firearms and ammunition, except those used for hunting and sport, may not be transported as luggage. Hunting and sporting weapons and ammunition may be accepted as registered luggage. Weapons must be unloaded, locked, and properly packed.
Luggage and other valuable items must not be left in the vehicle. MG Limousine Service – Serbia accepts no responsibility for them, even when the user leaves the vehicle briefly. This also applies to confidential documents, data storage devices, and hand luggage whose loss could cause business damage to the user or their company.
Lost or forgotten luggage or other personal belongings will be stored by MG Limousine Service – Serbia for three weeks after the service is completed. The Terms of Service do not require MG Limousine Service – Serbia to contact the client in any other way than through the communication channel used for booking. After three weeks, the luggage will be turned over to the Lost and Found Bureau, and all legal responsibility transfers to that institution, which may dispose of the items with no obligation to the passenger.
MG Limousine Service – Serbia will hand over the luggage only to a person who provides convincing proof of their right to claim it, and only in the condition in which it was found.
Transport of animals
MG Limousine Service – Serbia vehicles allow the transport of domestic, tame animals accustomed to being near humans and staying indoors for longer periods, under the following conditions:
- The passenger must ensure that animals such as dogs, cats, birds, and other pets are properly placed in a cage and possess valid health certificates, vaccination records, entry permits, and other documents as required by the destination or transit country. Otherwise, the animal will not be accepted for transport.
- The service user is responsible for the behavior of the animal and any damage it causes.
- The animal must not endanger MG Limousine Service – Serbia staff, the driver, or crew members. MG Limousine Service – Serbia reserves the right to stop service if safety is compromised due to the animal's behavior. The company also reserves the right to adjust pricing and charge additional fees due to service changes.
- MG Limousine Service – Serbia is not responsible if the animal lacks required permits, certificates, or documents for entry, stay, or exit from a country. The user must cover all fines, costs, damages, or liabilities the company suffers as a result. If the service is interrupted and the user is returned to the starting point, MG Limousine Service – Serbia may change the price and charge extra.
- The transport of rare or legally protected animals, or those requiring special conditions, equipment, or veterinary care, is prohibited.
- The user must inform MG Limousine Service – Serbia in writing, at the time of booking, about the animal’s nature, living conditions, needs, and any special requirements.
- MG Limousine Service – Serbia is not liable for any harm the animal causes to third parties, nor for its behavior, health, or injuries during transport. It is also not responsible for injury, loss, illness, or death of the animal unless due to negligence by MG Limousine Service – Serbia.
Online service booking procedure
Online service booking follows MG Limousine Service – Serbia’s business practices under the following procedure.
- The client enters the service request details into the designated fields on the MG Limousine Service – Serbia website.
- Based on the request, MG Limousine Service – Serbia sends a non-binding, informational offer. The offer includes an identification number.
- After receiving the offer, the client completes payment via card, e-banking, or another method requested by the client and confirmed in writing by MG Limousine Service – Serbia.
- Upon payment (with reference to the offer ID), MG Limousine Service – Serbia assumes responsibility for the agreed service.
If the client needs to modify a paid request (linked to an offer ID), MG Limousine Service – Serbia reserves the right to change prices or cancel the service. In such cases, the payment is non-refundable.
If a paid reservation is canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, MG Limousine Service – Serbia will refund 70% of the amount.
Procedure in case of incorrect reservation:
- The client cancels the existing offer by its ID number.
- he new request must reference the canceled offer for transaction identification.
- The change is final only after MG Limousine Service – Serbia confirms it.
If the change significantly alters the service (more than 7 km), the price may be adjusted. A new offer will then be sent for the additional amount.
The legal payment currency is RSD. Other currencies are converted based on the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the transaction date.
MG Limousine Service – Serbia is not responsible for payment delays or technical issues with cards or banks. The reservation is confirmed only after funds are received and the company sends written confirmation.
Billing – payment terms
MG Limousine Service – Serbia reserves the right to issue provisional invoices and pre-invoices as formal bases for providing the service.
MG Limousine Service – Serbia reserves the right to combine billing for a wider range of services. More complex services may be invoiced together or separately, in agreement with subcontractors.
Payment terms after service delivery will be listed on each invoice. Late payment automatically triggers the legally defined interest.
MG Limousine Service – Serbia is not obligated to hire subcontractors as part of its standard service.
MG Limousine Service – Serbia is not required to assign personnel who have not passed its training and qualification standards, even if the client requests it.
All card payment terms are published on MG Limousine Service – Serbia’s official website and are the only valid source. Any deviations must be agreed upon and confirmed in writing.
By signing a contract, payment terms may be altered. In such cases, the contract prevails over the General Terms and Conditions.
If the service user is late at the pickup address (not applicable for airport pickups), the first 15 minutes are free of charge as reasonable waiting time due to unforeseen circumstances. After 15 minutes, the user will receive an SMS reminder about the scheduled ride. If transportation is still needed but the passenger cannot depart immediately, they must confirm the ride by replying via SMS to the MG Limousine Service – Serbia call center. In that case, each started hour of waiting is charged according to the standard price list.
If the user does not respond to the SMS after 15 minutes of delay, MG Limousine Service – Serbia will withdraw the vehicle and charge only for the base service without the waiting time.
MG Limousine Service – Serbia reserves the right to adjust the quote for any additional address, route change, or change in the number of passengers departing from different locations.
After the service has ended, the user must inspect their luggage, its condition, cleanliness, or any damage, and submit any complaint regarding the luggage at the drop-off location. Later claims related to material damage will not be considered.
The user is responsible for checking the passenger area, any devices used, and documents brought along. MG Limousine Service – Serbia is not liable for any belongings or valuables left behind in the vehicle.
For airport pickups, specific terms apply regarding delays:
- Waiting time included in the base service, and not charged additionally, is 30 minutes after the plane lands.
- Changes in landing time that are not caused by incorrect booking or user planning are not charged. Delays caused by force majeure beyond the user’s control are also not charged.
- After 30 minutes, waiting is automatically charged per started hour based on the official price list. If there are valid reasons for delay (customs, document checks, lost luggage), the user must notify MG Limousine Service – Serbia by SMS. If the delay is due to reasons beyond the user's control, the extra waiting will not be charged.
If MG Limousine Service – Serbia is forced to pay fines or cover costs because the passenger failed to comply with laws, regulations, rules, requirements, or did not possess necessary travel documents in the respective country, the passenger is obligated to reimburse MG Limousine Service – Serbia in full. MG Limousine Service – Serbia has the right to recover the value by retaining the passenger's luggage if needed.
Insurance
MG Limousine Service – Serbia provides legally required insurance for its employees, passengers, and material assets. In addition to this statutory insurance, additional coverage can be arranged through MG Limousine Service – Serbia upon special request by the client.
All information about extending services in this area is available to clients by phone. Any negotiations or extensions in this segment must be agreed in writing before the service is finalized, as part of the client’s formal request to MG Limousine Service – Serbia.
Special insurance options refer to baggage and passenger insurance. MG Limousine Service – Serbia drivers are not required to know this part of the offer and are not authorized to handle this segment of the service.
MG Limousine Service – Serbia – subcontractors
Executive Car Service - Serbia reserves the right to engage subcontractors within its core activity, as well as in related activities for which the client has shown a need.MG Limousine Service - Serbia - Serbia is not obliged to inform the client about changes in subcontractors.
All subcontractors comply with the prescribed service standards of MG Limousine Service - Serbia and in case of their engagement, MG Limousine Service - Serbia bears full legal, professional and moral responsibility for the organized service.
At the express request of the client, MG Limousine Service - Serbia is not obliged to hire a subcontractor who does not meet the standards of service, business and legal legitimacy.
Confidentiality
Any communication that contains specific information about resources or needs is considered a business secret. This also applies to informative communication that has not resulted in a formal business arrangement.
Each employee of MG Limousine Service – Serbia signs a separate confidentiality agreement that covers both internal company matters and client-related matters. These provisions apply within the company as well. If a client needs to submit a request, change the service, or modify any part of the agreement, the employee is not obligated to pass on confidential information internally. Therefore, clients should directly communicate with authorized personnel for all matters that may be treated as confidential.
While a vehicle is rented or leased and an MG Limousine Service – Serbia employee is present, the vehicle is treated as being under the client’s responsibility. The use of any technical equipment for tracking, surveillance, or interfering with telecommunications is strictly prohibited. If such equipment is required, the client must notify MG Limousine Service – Serbia in the initial request. The equipment must be installed and removed in an authorized service center in the presence of a responsible MG Limousine Service – Serbia representative.
The use of any equipment whose technical features pose a threat to the safety of the vehicle or traffic is not allowed.
The service user has the right to request the deletion of written communication related to a service that has been delivered and paid for. The only exception is financial documentation required for bookkeeping purposes. Addresses, passenger names, contact details, routes, and destinations are not of accounting value and can be deleted from our records.
The collection, processing, or use of personal data of employees or MG Limousine Service – Serbia that is not publicly available is considered a breach of confidentiality.
Legal jurisdiction
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Belgrade and the court with jurisdiction over MG Limousine Service – Serbia's registered address.
We encourage all clients to resolve disputes amicably through institutional mediation and mutual understanding.
Terms of service
