You can book your transportation online at least 24 hours before your travel date, but we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure our vehicles are available.

To change your reservation, please contact us via email at office@mglimobelgrade.rs, specifying the exact reservation number and the desired change. Expect a response within 24 hours.

To cancel your reservation, please send us an email at office@mglimobelgrade.rs at least 24 hours before the trip, specifying the exact reservation number you wish to cancel. You will then receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation.

If the meeting point is the airport, the driver will wait for you at the exit after you have passed passport control and collected your luggage. The driver will be holding a sign with your name. Please show the driver a copy of your reservation confirmation.

Important note: If your flight is delayed or canceled, call the emergency number listed on your reservation confirmation to discuss changes. Unless otherwise specified, the waiting time is 1 hour after the agreed arrival time. After this period, if the driver is not informed of the issue, they have the right to leave the meeting point, and no refund will be issued.
If you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point or are delayed at passport control, baggage claim, or the lost luggage department, it is your responsibility to contact us by calling the emergency number listed on your reservation confirmation.
If the meeting point is not the airport, the driver will wait for you at the address specified in the reservation confirmation. If the meeting point is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby. For easier identification, please have a copy of your reservation confirmation with you.
Unless otherwise specified, the waiting time is 10 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. After this period, the driver has the right to leave the meeting point, and no refund will be issued.
If you cannot find the driver at the agreed meeting point within the allotted 10 minutes, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number listed on your reservation confirmation and explain the situation.
