General Information

You can book your transportation online at least 24 hours before your travel date, but we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure our vehicles are available.

If you can't find your desired route, please send us an email at office@mglimobelgrade.rs.

We will try to find a driver for you within 24 hours and inform you about the travel costs.

If you need an airport transfer, provide the flight number and arrival time as the start of your transfer. Important note: If your flight is delayed or canceled, please contact us by calling the emergency number listed on your reservation confirmation.

After making a reservation, a confirmation containing all travel details and the reservation number will be sent to your email address.

If your reservation was successful but you didn't receive a confirmation email, please first check your email's spam folder. If you don't find the confirmation email, contact us by sending an email to office@mglimobelgrade.rs with your reservation details.

To change your reservation, please contact us via email at office@mglimobelgrade.rs, specifying the exact reservation number and the desired change. Expect a response within 24 hours.

To cancel your reservation, please send us an email at office@mglimobelgrade.rs at least 24 hours before the trip, specifying the exact reservation number you wish to cancel. You will then receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation.

If the meeting point is the airport, the driver will wait for you at the exit after you have passed passport control and collected your luggage. The driver will be holding a sign with your name. Please show the driver a copy of your reservation confirmation.

Important note: If your flight is delayed or canceled, call the emergency number listed on your reservation confirmation to discuss changes. Unless otherwise specified, the waiting time is 1 hour after the agreed arrival time. After this period, if the driver is not informed of the issue, they have the right to leave the meeting point, and no refund will be issued.
If you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point or are delayed at passport control, baggage claim, or the lost luggage department, it is your responsibility to contact us by calling the emergency number listed on your reservation confirmation.
If the meeting point is not the airport, the driver will wait for you at the address specified in the reservation confirmation. If the meeting point is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby. For easier identification, please have a copy of your reservation confirmation with you.
Unless otherwise specified, the waiting time is 10 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. After this period, the driver has the right to leave the meeting point, and no refund will be issued.
If you cannot find the driver at the agreed meeting point within the allotted 10 minutes, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number listed on your reservation confirmation and explain the situation.

Luggage and Additional Equipment

Every child, regardless of age, is considered a passenger and should be included when making a reservation and entering the number of passengers. Child seats are charged additionally.

Yes, it is necessary to reserve a child seat. In Serbia, the safety of transporting children is regulated by traffic safety laws, and there are penalties for non-compliance.

If you are traveling with a pet, please inform us via email at office@mglimobelgrade.rs after completing your reservation. Pets may travel for an additional fee. Each pet must have appropriate transport equipment, medical certificates, and other legally required documents.

During the reservation process, please indicate “Handicap Access” if you need space for a wheelchair. We recommend booking a minivan in such cases. A foldable wheelchair is considered one piece of luggage.

If you left luggage or a personal item in the vehicle, please contact us via email at office@mglimobelgrade.rs or call the number listed on your reservation confirmation. We will do our best to return the item to your address as quickly as possible.

Important note: You will be responsible for any additional delivery costs related to luggage or lost items.

Finance and feedback

Yes, we can provide an invoice if needed. Please contact us at office@mglimobelgrade.rs after booking your ride to request one.

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards, as well as payment by invoice.

Airport transfer

Enter the pickup location in the reservation window under "Pick-up" and the destination under "Drop-off." In both fields, you can select a city, airport, train station, hotel, or enter the exact address. Please choose the time you wish to arrive at the destination, considering travel time and airport procedures.

After making a reservation for an airport transfer, it's necessary to provide your flight number using both letters and numbers.

If your flight arrives early, your driver will be at the agreed location, as we monitor flights. Therefore, it's very important to provide accurate information and the correct flight number when booking the transfer.

If you happen to miss your flight, contact us immediately using the number provided on your confirmation, stating your reservation number.
